Today, the City of Milpitas announced that they’re partnering with Santa Clara County Public Health to administer first and second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to ages 5+ at the Milpitas Community Center (457 East Calaveras Blvd).
People are welcome to drop in without an appointment on Sunday, November 7, from 2PM to 7PM.
Boosters will also be available to eligible individuals aged 18+.
Only Pfizer vaccines will be available. No insurance is required. And it’s all free of charge.
This comes two days after a Food and Drug Administration panel voted to recommend Pfizer’s vaccine for children ages 5 to 11.
