The Milpitas Beat welcomes third-party content submissions from contributors that are not members of its staff. These submissions may include but are not limited to:

- Opinion-Editorials
- Blog Articles
- Obituaries
- Photography
There is no fee to submit individual forms of content, although local for-profit and non-profit organizations interested in having us run their press releases and other organization-based content on a regular basis can reach us to learn more about our Press Release Program. Individuals and businesses interested in having us publish content that has already been published or posted elsewhere can also inquire with us about doing so for a fee.
Likewise, third-party contributors receive no payments from The Milpitas Beat for their contributions.
A submission to The Milpitas Beat is under no circumstances guaranteed to be published. The Editors make all final publication decisions. Your content may be edited in-house prior to publication. Word count is open. All submissions must be 100% original, and credited with accuracy. Any content submission involving copyright infringement, plagiarism, factual inaccuracies, or hate speech will be subject to rejection or removal. Content submitters are to accept all responsibility for their submissions and wholly indemnify The Milpitas Beat and its owners from any liability whatsoever for the work they send.
