On the evening of Wednesday, October 9, the Milpitas Mayoral Candidate Forum was held at the Milpitas Library.
The audience heard from candidates Carmen Montano, Hon Lien, Anthony Phan, and Voltaire Montemayor about their priorities and plans for Milpitas, should they be elected.
