Slice House by Tony Gemignani, a world-famous pizza franchise, will be setting up shop in Milpitas come October 2025.
The pizza place will be located across from the Great Mall in The Fields mixed-use complex, at 1286 Great Mall Parkway.
Founded by 13-time World Pizza Champion Tony Gemignani, the new restaurant is expected to bring over 30 new jobs to town.
Said Gemignani in a press release, “As we continue to expand Slice House’s footprint across the country, it’s especially exciting for me to open doors throughout the Bay Area where I grew up and launched my pizza career – and this is true for Milpitas. We look forward to sharing our artisan pizzas with this dynamic community come the fall.”
Slice House Milpitas will offer customers a stacked menu including Gemignani’s famous New York, Sicilian, Grandma, and Detroit-style pizzas, complete with gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options.
Indoor seating will accommodate up to 22 guests, and there will be some sidewalk seating available, as well. Takeout and delivery options will also be available.
Slice House Milpitas will be open for business seven days a week: Sunday through Thursday from 11am to 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 11am to 10pm.
