LEGOLAND® Discovery Center is set to open at Milpitas’ Great Mall in the Spring of 2021.

Said LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Bay Area General Manager James Judy in a press release from parent company Merlin Entertainments Ltd: “Our number one priority is to create a fun and educational experience, while ensuring the health and well-being of our guests and staff. We are taking every step necessary to prepare for a safe and exciting opening…”

The site intends to keep current with all applicable health and safety regulations, and will be committed to enhanced cleaning measures on a day-to-day basis.

The new LEGOLAND® Discovery Center will be over 31,000 square feet in size, offering educational and interactive attractions aimed toward children between the ages of 3 and 10 and their families. There will be a 4D cinema and party rooms, along with the giant famed Miniland section, where iconic Bay Area landmarks will be featured in lego form, including Winchester Mystery House and the Golden Gate Bridge.
