The Milpitas Police Department have released more details after their investigation into the deaths of two adults and two children, whose bodies were found inside their apartment, located in Turing at the Fields on McCandless Blvd.
On Tuesday, December 17, police officers went to the apartment for a welfare check, after relatives of the family said they “had not heard from their loved ones in several days.”
Milpitas Police gained entry into the apartment and found Vinh Nguyen (36), Betty Pham (36), and their two children (9 and 6) who were all deceased, each by a single gunshot wound.
Police identified Nguyen as the suspect responsible. At the scene, police found a handgun that was legally registered to him.
