Crumbl Cookies will open in Milpitas on September 16

Next Friday, September 16, at 8am sharp, Crumbl Cookies (537 E Calaveras Blvd.) will be opening for business in Milpitas. The owners are a married couple, Robert and Jon Michelle, who had an epiphany the first time they sank their teeth into a warm chocolate chip Crumbl cookie: from that moment on, they knew they had to open a Crumbl store of their own. So now the Michelles and their crew are gearing up to provide Milpitas with “a cookie experience to remember.”

In an email to The Beat, the Crumbl team said, “Bringing friends and family together over a box of the best cookies in the world is what we do and we can’t wait to serve cookie-crazed fans. Whether these sweet treats are for gifting or for treating yourself, come see what all the viral buzz is about.”

The opening will be a celebration, with not only cookie fans but media members and community officials expected to attend. In addition, the store boasts 50 career opportunities for Milpitas locals.

Crumbl Cookies will have over 200 flavors available on a weekly rotation. These include their award-winning Milk Chocolate Chip, along with internet favorites including Cornbread, Cookies & Cream, S’mores, Key Lime Pie, Peppermint Bark, Caramel Popcorn, Buttermilk Pancake, Galaxy Brownie, and more. And every Sunday at 6pm MST on Crumbl’s social media accounts, there’s a weekly “flavor drop,” priming customers and their taste buds for what flavors they can enjoy in the coming week.

As of the opening on September 16, customers will be able to order in-person, but as of the following Wednesday, September 21, the ordering options will expand to include delivery, curbside pickup, catering, and even nationwide shipping (the better to spoil your out-of-town friends and relatives with sweet treats). Check out the Crumbl App to learn more and also collect Loyalty Crumbs (paving your pathway toward free cookies), and also be sure to check out their social media spots at @crumblcookies.

After opening as a solo shop in Logan, Utah, in 2017, Crumbl Cookies has expanded into a nationwide cookie powerhouse, with over 500 locations across more than 40 states.

Said Robert and Jon Michelle in a statement, “As local business owners, we are looking forward to sharing delicious cookies with our neighbors!”

Crumbl promises its customers “the best cookies in the world.”

Crumbl Cookies’ store hours are 8am to 10pm on most weekdays and 8am to 12am on Fridays & Saturdays.
