Celine Nghiem and Rachel Wu

Rachel Wu (left) is a student at Milpitas High School; as a junior, she's currently the Op-Ed Editor of The Union at Milpitas High, an avid debater, and the founder of Milpitas Debate Program, the free elementary & middle school Speech & Debate program for MUSD students. Celine Nghiem (right) is a high school student and the advertising manager of Milpitas High School’s student-led newspaper, The Union.
