2019 Milpitas Little League Registration Deadline Extended to 01/27

Milpitas Little League registration has been extended to January 27, 2019.

Any boys or girls between 4 – 14 can still apply.

Registration will close on Sunday, January 27th, at 11:59pm. After that time, children will be placed on a waiting list until space is available. 

Anyone who is interested can visit milpitasll.com to register on-line.

Once you have registered and paid online, be sure to bring verification documents to the Milpitas Sports Complex baseball field for Evaluations on 1/26 or 1/27 between 9:00am-1:00pm.

Milpitas Little League organizers ask that you bring the following required documents:

  1. A filled out/signed Little League Medical Release
  2.  A filled out/signed Parent/Volunteer Code of Conduct
  3.  Birth Certificate for Verification only
  4.  Little League School enrollment form (recommended if your child attends a school in Milpitas) OR proof of residency; requirements can be found at found at: https://www.littleleague.org/university/articles/residency-requirements

Here’s the schedule for Evaluations on both 1/26 and 1/27…

Note: Children 4 – 5 years old DO NOT need to attend evaluations.

6-year-olds who want to be considered for Farm, 7-year-olds, and 8-year-olds: 9:00am – 11:00am.

8-year-olds who want to be considered for Minors, 9-year-olds, and 10-year-olds: 11:00am– 1:00pm.

10-year-olds who want to be considered for Majors, 11-year-olds, and 12-year- olds: 1:00 – 3:00pm.

Evaluation times for children aged 13-14 are still being determined.

Players MUST ATTEND TWO EVALUATION DAYS.  

They are also asking the players to arrive prepared with a glove and water. If players want to bring a bat, it must meet USA Bat Standards, and have the USA Bat stamp.
