City of Milpitas throws first-ever Holi Festival (PHOTOS)

The City of Milpitas held its first Holi Festival on March 4, 2023 at Cardoza Park. Holi is a joyful and vibrant Hindu festival that celebrates the beginnings of spring. Festival attendees sing, dance, and throw colored powders at one another in celebration. Photo by The Milpitas Beat.
